After living in such an environment for more than 20 years, many things become paralyzed.
The reason I came up with this idea was that I saw a European politician (I forgot which country) on TV more than 20 years ago.
He was holding a press conference wearing a brown paper bag with his eyes and mouth cut out.
When the reporter asked, "Why are you speaking in such a style?"
"I came out wearing a paper bag because the leader of my political party said something embarrassing."
That was a shock!
I was so impressed that I was ashamed to be human just to be alive, and it has had a considerable impact on my life.
I'm embarrassed just to be alive, so I want to challenge various things without being embarrassed anymore.
Of course, there are times when I feel embarrassed even now, but I don't think it bothers me so much anymore.
