I'm Hanako, a KILLYEDNA designer.
We will be closed for about 2 weeks from 11/6.
It might be the first time I've had this much rest since giving birth. No, did the birth last longer?
A little serious talk.
I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids 2 years ago.
It's a pretty serious disease that most women know about.
I heard that it used to be 25% of Japanese women, but now it is 60%, and it seems that it is 80% of Western women.
Since I found out myself, I haven't had any painful symptoms, and I've been under observation for a while.
When I participated in Asagiri JAM in 2017, I took a pill (this is also the first time in my life!) to shift my period because it would be a problem if I didn't feel well.
However, since around April this year, I've been having a hard time with my period, so I've stopped working early, and I've had a feeling of constipation, which I don't usually have.
When I asked my friends about fibroids (there are quite a few!), they told me, "That's the symptom," and I went to the hospital.
When I take an MRI, my muscles are also quite large.
I still have a few more years until menopause, and when I grow up, I can only do laparotomy, so I decided to take the plunge.
I have been in the hospital since giving birth.
There are options for surgical methods such as "laparoscopic surgery (to remove the uterus), laparoscopic (to remove the uterus, only the fibroids), and UAE ".
After doing some research on the internet, I decided to go to UAE.
This time, Rie Shibata's interview was easy to understand and helpful. I would love to meet you and say thank you!
That's how I'm going to take a break in November.
I've been to Melbourne and Yamagata until the last minute, and I've been inspired and enjoyed my freedom.
Most people don't know when talking about the UAE. After all, the United Arab Emirates comes to mind.
There are still few blogs of experienced people, and I think that there are many people who want to know, so I will upload it as much as I can.
It's open sauce, isn't it? I wish I could share information for women who may choose from now on.
I plan to return to work on 11/26/11/26 (Monday).
I don't know if it will be faster or later depending on my physical condition, but I will let you know here.
See you all at the end of November!
