Okinawa

This is Hanako from [KILLYEDNA] [HANA TOKYO].

I took a late New Year's holiday and went to Okinawa with my friends from Sumida.
The best style is that everyone spends their time together during the day and joins together at night.

I accompanied Chef Ito , the owner of Oshiage SPICECAFE, on a trip to see producers in Okinawa.

Yanbaru farmers , banana farmers, restaurants , advanced Okinawa soba shops , pastry chefs , and bakeries .

The one thing they all had in common was "heat".
It's so hot that you can boil the water yourself!

All words that come from real experience are real.
If you just ask a few questions, they will give you clear explanations rather than vague answers.
I felt like I was sharing the light of my soul like a torchbearer.
It was a very luxurious experience.

I hope I can take it back to Tokyo and share it with someone someday.

I also continue to be particular about being "authentic."
There is no magic, you just have to proceed step by step.
They are not mass-produced products in a factory, but the exact opposite: they are all one-of-a-kind items.
Upcycled products are not new products, but valuable items that are repurposed so that they can be used in today's times.
I hope I can share this philosophy with everyone.
